When Is the CoD: Warzone Pacific Season 3 Godzilla vs. King Kong Event?

The limited-time event known as "Operation Monarch" is expected to launch during Warzone Pacific Season 3. The event will center on the Godzilla vs. King Kong crossover. It's expected to begin two weeks after the Season 3 update releases, on Wednesday, May 11.

New Weapons

A total of four new weapons have been confirmed for the Season 3 update. Since Classified Arms is the name of the new season, the incoming weapons carry real weight. Players will be able to use weapons like the M1916 Marksman Rifle, the Nikita AVT Assault Rifle, the Sledgehammer melee weapon, and the H4 Blixen SMG. The Marksman Rifle and Assault Rifle were made available at launch, while the melee weapon and SMG will be added to the game later in the season.

Caldera Map Changes

The new map changes will be the biggest update to the game so far. First, Season 3 adds an entirely new POI to Caldera called Dig Site. Located between Mines and Ruins, Dig Site will be one of the hottest early spots as everyone drops into the new location. Lagoon will also have extra land now that the tide has gone out. Alongside the general map changes, Season 3 also brings a new Gulag layout to the game.

Battle Pass

Since every new season in Warzone comes with a new Battle Pass, players will have a 100-tier reward track, everything from new weapon blueprints to operator skins and CoD Points.

Bug Fixes

Gas masks will no longer prevent players from deploying their parachutes, meaning it'll be safe to drop in quickly when entering the circle, and no one will have to worry about dying just to take damage.
