A major tournament is about to meet esports fans very soon. This tournament holds an entirely special place in our hearts. For the first time since 2018, a Turkish CS:GO team will take part in MAJOR, the biggest tournament in CS:GO. In this massive tournament featuring our Eternal Fire team, which couldn't make us prouder, players have been offered Pick'em, the prediction contest, just like at every Major tournament every year. So what is this Pick'em? Is Pick'em paid? And what do we get if we play Pick'em? Let's look for the answers to these questions together.

What Is CS:GO Major Pick'Em?

It's a prediction game introduced before every yearly Major tournament so players can put their prediction skills to the test. This prediction contest, Pick'Em, which lets players use their prediction skills before every Major and also gives out a nice memento in the form of a prize based on how accurate your predictions are, was rolled out to players recently.

Is CS:GO Major Pick'Em Paid?

Unfortunately, if you want to play Pick'em, you have to pay a certain fee. Even though there's local pricing in Türkiye, the price of the Pick'em ticket opened at a much higher figure than expected. The Pick'em ticket for PGL Major 2022 Antwerp, the first of the two Major tournaments planned this year, went on sale for 258.95 TL. Of course, we've already started hearing questions about whether this ticket is worth buying. Unfortunately, we can't give you a clear answer on that. Whether to buy it comes down entirely to personal preference, but buying it will also give you a coin. This coin's tier will rise based on how accurate your pick'ems turn out to be.

How Do You Do CS:GO Pick'Em?

To do this pick'em from inside CS:GO, you first need to have a Prime CS:GO account. Unfortunately, if you don't have a Prime CS:GO account, you can't play Pick'Em. Players with a Prime account can reach the pick'em page from the menu on the left by clicking the matches tab, then the Majors tab, and then selecting Antwerp 2022. On this page, you'll be asked for a number of predictions. Since the Major has 3 stages, these predictions will proceed in 3 stages and will reopen again on upcoming days for each stage. Besides the main stage predictions, you'll be asked to predict the team that will advance to the Legends stage by going 3-0 and the team that will be eliminated by going 0-3. You'll also be asked to predict the 7 teams, aside from the one going 3-0, that will advance to the Legends stage. You're asked to pick the teams by dragging them from the list above. Once you're confident in your final pick, you can lock in your selections and wait until the next stage's pick'ems.

Below is my personal prediction as the writer. Naturally, we're rooting for Türkiye's representative Eternal Fire to advance. I also personally predicted that Ence would be the team to advance with a 3-0 score, and that Renegades would be the team to bow out of the tournament early with a 0-3 score.
