EA FC 24 Title Update 4 Patch Notes (October 27, 2023)

A month after FC 24's release, work continues so that millions of players worldwide can play the game endlessly. Title Update 3 brought some new features to the game most recently, and with FC 24 Title Update 4 some major changes have been made. Let's see what these updates are.

FC 24 October 27 Patch Notes: Title Update 4

Trickstar + Glitch

• In some cases, the ball could get stuck by mistake on the leg of the player dribbling while running.

This glitch saw a player perform a skill move that caused the ball to stick behind his leg or hand, allowing him to run freely toward the opponent's goal. Despite efforts to beat and stop the player, it was almost impossible to stop them.

Reset Settings

• Fixed issues where Controller Settings sometimes reset.
• In rare cases, Personal Settings could not be saved.

Many players launched the game to find that almost all settings had been reset to default. The main settings affected appeared to be controller settings, but several game settings, including the Next Player Switch Indicator, also reverted.

Career Mode Fixes

• Press conference tutorials could keep appearing even after the first press conference in Manager Career.
• The Promote the Brand objective did not work properly in Manager Career.

If you are a Career Mode user, we think you have probably faced this issue. Whenever we chose to hold a press conference, the tutorial screen popped up before we answered the questions. It was not the most urgent of problems, but it was an annoying one that slowed the game down.

The Brand Exposure bug affected players much more, because objectives were not completed as they should be even though all requirements were met. This was another bug we ran into, and as a result it negatively affected our Management Rating.

EA took action and removed these issues, and now we have a better gameplay experience!
