FIFA 21 Ultimate Team Special Squads and Different Tactical Formations

FIFA 21 players spend the most time on and enjoy playing the FUT app, which goes beyond playing matches: the objectives you complete and the squads you build make it mean far more than a football match.

When building these squads, team chemistry and your formation directly affect your players' performance and attributes in matches. In the squads I put together for you, I took care to build them from complementary players with chemistry at the highest level. Depending on your budget, you can try the squads I made or bring some of these players into your team. What matters in the end is that you play with players you are comfortable with and enjoy, and of course the 3 points. Here are the squads I built for LaLiga Santander.

Different Squads and Tactics You Can Build in LaLiga Santander

FUT 21: 4-2-3-1 (Narrow)

As you can see, this squad can be built with a minimum of 3 million coins and is a team made up of special players. In this kind of wingerless tactic with a crowded midfield, make sure at least 2 of your midfielders are fast and able to throw themselves out wide. Of your 2 defensive midfielders, one should be the ball-winner and the other the player who will bring the ball into play with passing or dribbling. In this team, Casemiro plays the ball-winner role, while the player who will carry the ball is Valverde. The forward should also be a player with high ball control and passing attributes rather than finishing. The aim of this tactic should be to confuse the opponent with plenty of passes and look for goals with high-technique players. In defense, with special tactics, you can make it hard for the opponent to get out by pressing high and pulling your defensive line forward, forcing passing mistakes and scoring with a single pass. Like every tactic, this one has a weakness: because you play high, it is very likely that once the opponent gets out, they will find gaps behind you. For this reason, don't forget to build your back four from fast players. I tried David Silva on the left because he can build play from the wing. Those who like playing with fast players can move David Silva to the middle and put Marcos Llorente in that area, or replace him with another player.

FUT 21: 4-1-4-1 (Low-Tempo)

In this squad I tried to lower the budget a bit more, but I can't say I was very successful :) . Talking about the tactic, it is a setup that players who like building play with the centre-backs and attacking calmly can succeed with. With David Beckham having entered our lives in FUT 21, I wanted to include him too. For those who will use Beckham, I recommend giving him the Hunter chemistry style. That way you speed up Beckham and let him use his quality foot even better. Choose one of the right and left wingers as a playmaker and the other as a player type that runs in behind. That way, when the team goes forward, one more person helps with build-up and you get the chance to beat the opponent's press with an extra player. Keep the midfield as close together as possible, defend and attack patiently. You will see that the opponent will come at you to win the ball, and that will let you find gaps.

FUT 21: 4-3-3 (Attack)

If your team has two fast wingers, a highly skilled striker and a player behind the striker, this tactic will add strength to your attack. One of the most important points is that the other two midfielders should be fast, defensively strong and hard-working; this pair will be your most important trumps in defense. In this tactic where the full-backs attack, try to make sure the left-back and right-back are players who cross well. Because they will go down to the byline to cross, the accuracy of the crosses is very important so you don't concede counter-attacks. Although this tactic is hard to play in FIFA 21 (your chance of conceding is very high), it can always be preferred by players who are confident in attack and have high finishing.

FUT 21: 3-4-1-2 (Wide)

I prepared this team for players who like playing with a back three and have a low budget. This tactic is a tactical approach in which the wingers spread wide, the forwards roam in the box and the midfielders carry the ball to the wings. In attack, with special tactics, you can widen the team's shape and spread wider across the pitch to stop the opposing defense from closing you down.
