FIFA 24 Young Midfield Talents Top 8

We start our list with Inter's young star prospect...

8) Valentín Carboni (CAM) - (OVR 63 / POT 84)

One of Inter's young talents, Carboni made it into the first team later in the season but struggled to get playing time. There's no doubting the quality and talent of this number 10, and within a few years he'll make a name for himself and push his rating much higher. You can add him to your team right at the start of the game and boost your talent pool in the years to come.

7) Paul Wanner (CAM) - (OVR 62 / POT85)

Wanner hasn't had a very productive season, and after his recent dental surgery he hasn't gotten minutes in either the second division or the Bundesliga, but I still don't expect his rating to take a hit, so I'm listing him among the best young midfielders.

6) Simone Pafundi (CAM) - (OVR 68 / POT87)

A candidate to become one of the future's great left-footed number tens, Pafundi could reach very high levels if he keeps developing and gets regular playing time. Since I know EA also shows the player at high ratings, I can easily say he's one of the most sensible young midfielders you can pick up.

5) Roméo Lavia (CDM) - (OVR 70 / POT 87)

Lavia, who has found regular playing time at Southampton this season and shown his quality, will continue to get plenty of minutes and keep developing next season. As one of the most solid defensive midfielders for Career Mode players, I see a very high chance he reaches a 90 potential rating in FIFA 24.

4) Zaïre-Emery (CDM/CM) - (OVR 59 / POT 87)

Despite not getting much of a chance at Paris SG, this 16-year-old young talent showed a bit of himself among the star-studded squad and hinted that he'll be one of the most talented players of years to come ;) I predict he can reach a much better level in FIFA 24 and that his potential rating can climb even higher.

FIFA 24 Best Young Midfielders Top 3

3) Arda Güler (CAM/CM) - (OVR 75 / POT 88)

One of the most talented players in his age group, our national pride Arda Güler has repaid the trust Jesus placed in him with the playing time he's earned in recent weeks. Will he stay at Fenerbahçe next season, or move to another club? Who knows, but it's clear that as he keeps getting regular minutes, his rating will climb much higher, and he'll be the first pick for Career Mode players who like playing with technical players.

2) Désiré Doué (CAM) - (OVR 72 / POT 89)

Unlike Arda Güler, Doué relies on his pace and dribbling and builds his game around them, and he's among the talents the French expect a lot from. Able to play on both the right and left wing, if you pick up and develop Doué early in FIFA 24, he'll be a player you'll use as a lock in future seasons and one who'll be plenty useful in every meta.

1) Gavi (CM) - (OVR 81 / POT 91)

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call him the most talented player of his age. He's also a utility midfielder who has developed himself well thanks to getting regular playing time. Able to be used at midfield or even at center-back, Gavi is one of the most complete young talents modern football has produced. Expected to start the game around an 81 rating or so, barring a huge surprise Gavi could end up being the player with the highest potential rating in the entire game.

NOTE: When I say this, I'm not including players older than 18...
