The hardest part of this quest is actually getting the presents into your hands. There is no guaranteed way to find one while playing, which makes completing this quest very tedious. The holiday presents appear as loot on the ground and from chests with a very low drop rate. Players have unfortunately reported playing for up to an hour before finding one on the map.

So the best thing you can do is run around visiting as many locations as possible and looting as much as you can. You can actually get presents from eliminated enemies, so keep your eyes open while fighting enemies across the map. They may have a present on their bodies.
