In OSM 22, we're answering a question that comes up a lot and that a lot of players are curious about. We'll take a look at what in-form players do in OSM and what determines whether a player is in form.

What Is an In-Form Player in OSM?

An in-form player in OSM is a player who is rated based on the good performances they put in in real life, and who becomes an in-form player based on those real-world stats.

How Do We Tell a Player Is In Form in OSM?

When you open the transfer market, you can tell a player is in form when you see a yellow arrow next to the player's position.

A yellow arrow appears on the player, and opening the player's profile also marks them as an in-form player.

What Happens When a Player Becomes In Form in OSM?

In OSM, a player being in form means that player is above their normal level and their level gets a boost. You can also check OSM's team of the week lists to see how much of a boost the player has received;

For example, if a winger is in form and you set your tactic to "use wings," that player can contribute to the scoreline with a goal or assist in a match, or they'll get high match ratings. So don't forget to put your in-form players in your starting XI, and if you're going to sign a player and your budget can stretch to an in-form player, make sure to prioritize picking those players up.

How Long Do In-Form Players Last in OSM?

In OSM, in-form players are refreshed every Tuesday, and the new week's in-form players are added to the game.
