Electronic Arts and Maxis have announced their new Stuff Pack, The Sims 4 Crystal Creations, launching on February 29 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, and on PC via EA app, Origin for Mac, Epic Games Store, and Steam.

With The Sims 4 Crystal Creations Stuff Pack, players will get a new gemology skill that can affect their Sims' moods, relationships, careers, and lives. You'll be able to display expertly cut new crystals throughout the home, use them to craft striking pieces of jewelry, and charge crystals in the moonlight to unlock different properties!

Sims will be able to develop the gemology skill to create a variety of dazzling items. This shiny new skill can be learned by practicing crafts at the gemology table. Sims will craft jewelry with striking new designs and cut precious stones. As your Sim's skill grows, so will the quality of what they create.

From picking your favorite type of crystal to choosing the best-suited metal for it — like silver, gold, or rose gold — your Sim will feel like a master craftsperson working with colorful gems. You'll also be able to use any of the 22 metals found in The Sims 4 world, including Baconite, Death Metal, and Romantium. By choosing the perfect shape for a gemstone, you can send a message of love or friendship, picking from 10 different cuts including heart, plumbob, and gnome shapes.
