TFT Set 11 Inkborn Fables Update Announced! Who Are the New Champions?

Inkborn Fables will be TFT's newest set. We previously covered what we knew about the set's release date and champions. TFT Set 11 details keep getting updated, and we keep sharing them with you. Most recently, an update was shared about the new set, and it covers many additions such as encounters, TFT-exclusive new champions like Alune and Kobuko, a feature where random champions appear in every game, and new Inkshadow items.

TFT Set 11 Inkborn Fables Update

New Systems

Random Champion Encounters

Throughout the game, players will have 2-5 random encounters with champions who can change the course of the match. Some are more decisive than others, such as the Kayn encounter, which can end the game early depending on your current standing.

Dynamic Trait

The Exalted trait will change every game champions share it in, adding a new layer to the dynamic team-building process.

Traits

Dragonlord

After 8 seconds of combat, the Dragon crashes into the board, dealing true damage to enemies and granting all allies Attack Speed for the rest of combat.

Dryad

Dryads gain Ability Power and 100 Health. Each enemy death grants additional Health.

Fated

Drag a Fated unit onto another to form a pair and unlock a Fate Bonus. Your pair gains 20% HP.

Fortune

Gain Luck when you lose a fight. Lose your Luck when you win. Roll a die; hold a Fortune Festival after this many player combats! During the Festival, you have the option to convert your Luck into rewards.

Ghostly

After dealing or taking damage 7 times, Ghostly units send out 2 ghosts to haunt nearby enemies and heal for 4.5% of maximum Health every 2 seconds. Haunted enemies take bonus damage for each ghost on them and pass the ghosts on when they die.

Heavenly

Heavenly champions grant your team a unique stat bonus that scales with star levels and the number of Heavenly units in the game. 2-star grants 50% more. 3-star grants 90% more. Inkshadow

Earn unique Inkshadow items. Inkshadow champions gain bonus damage and damage reduction. Which Inkshadow items you get changes every game.

Lovers

Which lover takes the field changes depending on whether they're placed in the front or back 2 rows. When the lover on the field casts, the other grants a bonus effect.

Mythic

Mythic champions gain Health, Ability Power, and Attack Speed. After 4 player combats they become Epic and their bonus increases by 50%.

Porcelain

After casting, Porcelain champions crack, gaining Attack Speed and taking less damage for 3 seconds.

Storyweaver

Storyweavers summon and empower a Hero named Kayle. Storyweavers gain maximum Health. Each Storyweaver star level increases Kayle's Health and Ability Power. Kayle gains 20% bonus attack speed for every Stage of the game.

Umbral

The Moon lights up hexes containing Shield units placed at the start of combat. Umbral units on lit hexes execute low-Health enemies.

Altruist

Altruists heal the ally with the lowest Health for 15% of the damage they deal. Your team gains Armor and Magic Resist.

Arcanist

Gains Ability Power and grants Ability Power to allies.

Artist

The Artist paints the champion you place into a special row slot. When the Artist's work is complete, get a 1-star copy of the champion placed there. Rounds to Complete = Unit Cost (Reduced Based on the Artist's Star Level)

Behemoth

Behemoths gain increased Armor and Magic Resist. When a Behemoth dies, the nearest Behemoth gains 50% more for 5 seconds.

Bruiser

Your team gains up to 100 maximum Health. Bruisers gain additional maximum Health.

Duelist

Duelists gain stacking Attack Speed on every attack, up to 12 times.

Exalted

Your team gains 5% bonus damage, plus more based on your level.

Great

Every 3 casts, Wukong enlarges his weapon, changing his Abilities.

Invoker

Every 3 seconds, your units gain Mana.

Reaper

• Reaper Abilities can critically strike, and they gain 20% Critical Strike Chance.
• 4Additionally, Reapers drain blood from enemies for 60% bonus true damage over 3 seconds.

Sage

Start of combat: Allies in the front 2 rows gain Omnivamp. Allies in the back 2 rows gain Ability Power.

Sniper

Snipers gain 1 Attack Range. Snipers deal more damage to distant targets.

Spirit Walker

The first time a Spirit Walker drops below 50% Health, it releases the rage within, restoring its Health to full, gaining bonus movement speed, and changing its Ability from Ram Slam to Tiger Strikes.

Trickshots

Trickshots' abilities ricochet. Each bounce deals a percentage of the previous bounce's damage.

Warden

Wardens gain Damage Reduction. They gain an additional 12% Damage Reduction for the first 10 seconds of combat.
