VALORANT Patch 2.04 Came Out with a New Agent and Skin Sets. In our article we talked about VALORANT's new agent Astra and her abilities. In fact, this new agent coming to the game was leaked before the patch notes were published, so we learned some information about Astra. After Astra, who brought a breath of fresh air to VALORANT, it has now been reported that the character Guru will come to the game. Guru, who will draw power from the shadows, looks set to be a super cool agent. Inspired by Omen's past, Guru can enter a shadow form and become an invincible character for a short time. Also, unlike Omen, Guru can enter another form whenever he wants. This form, called "Revenant State," lets Guru manipulate shadowy powers. However, Guru cannot fire while in this form.
VALORANT Guru Abilities
This new kit is based on gathering intelligence and surprising enemies. While in the immune state, Guru can enter a new position with minimal risk. Using the Surface Latch ability lets him latch onto any wall in his field of view. Once attached, it works similarly to Cypher's Spycam. This way Guru can look around and gather information.
Skill 1 (Q) - Dark Patrol
Dark Matter. Fires a projectile that seeks the nearest enemy, marking them on the minimap for allies and you.
Skill 2 (E) - Surface Latch
Dark Matter. You fire to enter Revenant State and lock onto a suitable wall. Once locked, you can use the mouse to look around. The latch lasts until the Dark Matter gauge empties.
Signature Ability (C) - Chaos Charge
Dark Matter. Fires a projectile that deals 25 damage on impact and causes a chaos effect. Allies take less damage and are unaffected by the chaos.
Ultimate Ability (X) - Revenant Flight
Dark Matter. You fire to enter Revenant State and rise into the air. You can freely fly and descend whenever you want. The flight lasts until the Dark Matter gauge empties. Abilities can be used during flight (except Surface Latch).
