This open-world game, which you'll enjoy a lot even if you haven't played the first one, has such a huge map that completing everything takes about 70 hours — and by the time it's over, you'll wish it lasted another 70. Horizon Forbidden West will especially appeal to those who love the broad, free-roaming structure of the Assassin's Creed games.

Tekken 8 (Bandai Namco)

The latest version of the legendary fighting franchise Tekken, which the years haven't worn down, has now launched on PC too with its large roster and solid graphics. Once again focused on the Mishima family's story, the game offers plenty of fighting excitement for both newcomers and longtime series fans. With Capoeira master Eddy Gordo recently added to the game, closing one of its major gaps, we strongly recommend Tekken 8 to all fighting game fans.

While you have the option to take on these terrifying trials alone or with friends, honestly, the second option doesn't seem to lower the tension much. If you love horror games and have a group of friends who feel the same, you can go back-to-back with your friends and beat The Outlast Trials' tests together.

Bringing together all JRPG fans under one roof with its excellent graphics, fun gameplay and lengthy playtime, Granblue Fantasy: Relink is actually the latest entry in a much larger world. With characters you choose and can modify however you like, your journey through a colorful fantasy universe also tells you the story of the Granblue world in fine detail. If JRPGs are your thing, you can add Granblue Fantasy: Relink to your library with your eyes closed.

You may have played countless different kinds of horror games by now, but Pacific Drive grabs the player from a very different angle. Imagine driving down a deserted road on a dark night when you suddenly realize you're being followed, and the mysterious stranger chasing you is trying to run you off the road… To escape it, you have to drive faster, change your route to lose your trail, and experience unfamiliar roads while doing all this. Well, as you can tell just from reading that, it's not exactly easy, and you find yourself in a high-tension chase. Praised by players, we recommend Pacific Drive to anyone who wants to try a different kind of horror game.
