LEGOO and Rootthegamer's BBL Esports Dispute
BBL Esports VALORANT player LEGOO and caster Rootthegamer clashed on Twitter after Rootthegamer blamed BBL's early VCT Türkiye elimination on bootcamp indiscipline.

A dispute broke out between Özgür "Rootthegamer" Alagül, one of Türkiye's top casters, and Semih 'LEGOO' Selvi, a player on the BBL Esports VALORANT roster. Although the argument between the two started on Twitch, it spilled over onto Twitter.
What Criticism Did BBL Esports Player LEGOO Face?
BBL Esports, the favorite going into the VCT Türkiye tournament, being eliminated on the organization's very first day left its fans deeply disappointed. Fans who believed the team's elimination was caused by a lack of discipline at their bootcamp frequently criticized the team's players.
Rootthegamer said during a stream, "It went beyond what BBL called a bootcamp.. go-karts, playing football on stream and all that.. it was pretty different". LEGOO fanned the flames of the argument in response, saying, "I can't wrap my head around it, doesn't Özgür ever do anything besides casting?"
What Did Ferit "Wtcn" Karakaya Say About the BBL LEGOO and Rootthegamer Exchange?
Following LEGOO's response, Ferit "Wtcn" Karakaya also weighed in on Rootthegamer's comments during his own stream.
On the incident, Ferit Karakaya commented: "The guy's telling it like it is, they really did go-karting and play ball on stream. He's right".
As the dispute moved to Twitter, Özgür Alagül's comments on the matter were as follows;
Fanboys, isn't it about time you dropped that "you're a commentator, a caster, why are you talking about this" line? I've been in esports for 20 years as a player, consultant, caster, and about 50 other roles, and I'm here because I bring my knowledge and experience. Objectively speaking.

The BBL Esports player's response to Özgür Alagül's tweet came quickly. It went like this;
So as VALORANT's official caster, he's earned people's respect and speaks to a certain audience. We're already going through enough disappointment, and while the real reasons for our failure lie elsewhere, he's giving ammunition to the toxic crowd and turning them against us — and we're the ones blamed when we defend ourselves.

After the back-and-forth, Rootthegamer and LEGOO made up by talking things out on a stream from Rootthegamer's Twitch channel.
