LoL 14.10 PBE Patch Notes: Item Changes
LoL 14.10 PBE reworks Corki with 640 base health and a new Hextech Munitions passive, plus a Bloodthirster recipe change and Boots of Mobility's removal.
- LoL 14.10 PBE raises Corki's base health to 640 and reworks Hextech Munitions to deal 15% bonus true damage on attacks instead of converting AD to spell damage.
- Boots of Mobility and Corrupting Potion are removed in 14.10, while Plated Steelcaps' gold cost drops from 1100 to 1000.
- Bloodthirster's recipe changes to B.F. Sword, Pickaxe, Vampiric Scepter, and 325 Gold, raising its Attack Damage from 55 to 80.

Hextech Munitions (Passive)
- REMOVED : Package removed
- REMOVED No longer converts 80% of AD into spell damage
- NEW : Attacks now deal an additional 15% true damage (applies to critical strikes and spellblade procs)
Phosphorus Bomb (Q)
- Missile Speed: 1000 ⇒ 1100
- Missile Minimum Travel Time : 0.25 seconds ⇒ 0.227 seconds
- Cooldown: 8 seconds at all ranks ⇒ 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds
- Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 ⇒ 60/65/70/75/80
Valkyrie (K)
- Click Rate : 0.25 seconds ⇒ 0.5 seconds ( total damage over 2.5 seconds unchanged)
- NEW: Now has a minimum range of 300 (Maximum Range unchanged at 600)
- Mana Cost: 80 at all ranks ⇒ 80/85/90/95/100
Gatling Gun (E)
- Cooldown: 16 seconds ⇒ 12 seconds
- Mana Cost: 50 at all ranks ⇒ 50/55/60/65/70
- Damage Type: 50% Physical, 50% Magic ⇒ 100% Physical
- Total Damage over 4 seconds: 120/170/220/270/320 (+240% Base AD) ⇒ 100/150/200/250/300 (+200% Base AD)
- Armor and Magic Resist Shred: 8/11/14/17/20 after 8 clicks ⇒ 12/15/18/12/24 after 4 clicks
Missile Barrage (R)
- Damage Type: Magic ⇒ Physical
- Mana Cost: 20 ⇒ 35
- Max Ammo: 7 ⇒ 6

- NEW : Basic Attacks refund 5 seconds of ammo recharge time

- Big Shot's stats have a x2.0 multiplier (unchanged)

- NEW: Attacks now grant 30 (Melee), 20 (Ranged) movement speed for 2 seconds

- Armor: 20 ⇒ 25
- Block Percentage: 12% ⇒ 8%
Symbiotic Soles
- Recipe: Boots + 600 Gold = 900 Gold Total
- Movement Speed: 35
- Passive: Increases your Recall power
- Quest: After traveling 150,000 units of distance, upgrades to Synchronized Souls
- Movement Speed: 45
- Passive: Increases your Recall power
- Passive: Gain +45 movement speed out of combat
Zephyr
- NEW : Now a boots item
- Recipe: B.F. Sword + Dagger + Dagger + 900 Gold = 2800 Gold ⇒ Feral Greaves + 2000 Gold = 3100 Gold
Dagger
- Attack Speed: 12% ⇒ 10%
Bami's Cinder
- Recipe: Ruby Crystal + Ruby Crystal + 200 Gold = 1000 Gold ⇒ Ruby Crystal + Glowing Mote + 250 Gold = 900 Gold
- Damage to Non-Champions: 125% ⇒ 140%
- NEW: Now grants 5 Ability Haste
- Health: 300 ⇒ 200
Ashes of Fate
- Recipe: Amplifying Tome + 500 Gold = 900 Gold
- Ability Power: 40
- Passive (Ignite): Ability damage burns enemies for 7 magic damage per second over 3 seconds, increased to 20 per second against monsters.
Kircheis Shard
- REMOVED
Olympic Bow
- Damage Type: Magic ⇒ Physical
Scout's Slingshot
- Recipe: Dagger + 600 Gold = 900 Gold
- Attack Speed: 20%
- Passive (Sixth Sense): Damaging a champion deals 40 magic damage (40 second cooldown, reduced by 1 second on attack)
- Gold Cost: 1700 Gold ⇒ 1600 Gold
Bloodthirster
- Recipe: B.F. Sword + Cloak of Agility + Vampiric Scepter + 600 Gold = 3400 Gold ⇒ B.F. Sword + Pickaxe + Vampiric Scepter + 325 Gold = 3400 Gold
- REMOVED: No longer grants extra AD above 70% Health
- NEW : Now converts excess healing from lifesteal into an overheal shield, decaying linearly from 50-400 over 25 seconds after combat
- Critical Strike Chance: 20% ⇒ Removed
- Attack Damage: 55 ⇒ 80
