Chamber
- Chamber's voice lines have been updated. New lines were added for his interactions with Reyna, Astra, and Omen.
Cypher
Trapwire (C)
- Trap re-arm time increased: 1 second >>> 2 seconds
- Trap slow duration decreased: 2 seconds >>> 1.25 seconds
Spycam (E)
- Opponents will now hear a repeating sound indicating that Cypher is watching them via Spycam (E).
Viper
Trapwire (C)
- Trap re-arm time increased: 1 second >>> 2 seconds
- Trap slow duration decreased: 2 seconds >>> 1.25 seconds

- Opponents will now hear a repeating sound indicating that Cypher is watching them via Spycam (E).
VALORANT 8.08 Patch Notes: PREMIER UPDATES
- You can see your division's promotion requirements on the standings page.
- Those who meet these requirements will be placed at least one division higher in Stage B9K1.
- The Premier Score threshold for promotion to the playoffs has been updated to 600 across all divisions.
BUG FIXES
Agents
- Fixed issues caused by bugs in the sightlines of certain abilities, such as Phoenix's Blaze (C). These bugs could cause blinds detonating on the other side of a rising or lowering wall to not work properly.
- This fix covers Phoenix's Blaze (C), Neon's High Gear (C), Harbor's Cascade (E), and Viper's Poison Wall (E) and Viper's Pit (X) abilities.
- Fixed a bug that allowed AI-controlled abilities, such as Killjoy's Turret (E), to see opponents through Harbor's Cascade (E) ability.
- Fixed a bug that caused Clove's icons to appear incorrectly when Meddle (E) was equipped.
- Fixed a bug that caused Cypher's Trapwire (C) to remain visible on the map even after being disabled.
Maps
- Closed an opening on Split that allowed agents to climb on top of a sign in A Site.
Gameplay Systems
- Fixed an issue where footsteps were not produced when in ADS and when running while slowed by Sage's Slow Orb (Q) ability.
Premier
- Fixed a bug that caused played scrim matches to not finalize your team's division.
