Riot Games has announced Abyss, the new map with no boundaries for VALORANT™, its free-to-play, 5v5 character-based tactical shooter.

Today, Riot Games and VALORANT announced their newest map, Abyss, launching June 12, 2024. Abyss is VALORANT's first map with no boundaries, and it pushes players to use their imagination for ability usage and positioning.

On Abyss, players will find themselves in the hidden base of the Hourglass Brotherhood, a mysterious assassin organization. Hidden within a bottomless, long-forgotten chasm where every step could be fatal, this map lets players experience verticality in gameplay. The map's key features are:

● 2 Spike Sites

● A 3-Lane Design

● Lethal Chasms

● Jumpable Creative Shortcuts

● Branching Mid Lanes

Players also have a chance to pick up the 2024 Give Back Bundle through June 12. 50% of proceeds from weapon skins and 100% of proceeds from accessories will go to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund, a donor-advised fund sponsored by ImpactAssets.
