Tips for choosing a young centre-back

Balance the pair: Put a quick defender next to a slow but dominant aerial one.
Playing out from the back: If you build from deep, prioritise "Ball-Playing Defender" fits such as Cubarsí, Huijsen, Jacquet and Nijstad.
Minutes: Potential can move with form in FC 27, so even cup games help a young defender develop.
