Honkai: Star Rail 4.7 lands Nov 11: Aha and codes

Honkai: Star Rail 4.7 arrives on November 11. Version "Now, Lay Laughter to All Stars" makes Aeon ★ Aha playable, while a new Affinitive Eidolon system buffs Acheron, Jing Yuan and Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae.

HoYoverse revealed the update with a trailer and a special program on October 30. The free codes handed out during the stream expire very soon, and you'll find them further down.

When does Honkai: Star Rail 4.7 come out?

HoYoverse's press release confirms that version 4.7 launches on November 11. The game is available on PC, iOS, Android, the Epic Games Store and PS5, and has passed 150 million downloads across all platforms.

The update is the finale of the Planarcadia arc. Per the release, the leviathan known as the Voracity, sealed by Aha's "Phantasmoon Games" for over a thousand Amber Eras, is about to wake. To stop it, Aha summons eight Supplicants to the "Final Phantasmoon Games," staged aboard the cake-like ship Starfroster.

What does Aeon ★ Aha do?

Aeon ★ Aha is the new limited 5-star character on the Path of Elation, and Polygon lists THEM as Quantum. The press release outlines the kit:

• Aha makes the Path of Elation ascend for Elation characters, unlocking a unique combat ability for each of them.
• The new "Aha Instant" fast-forwards the performances of Elation Skills.
• The whole team builds Wishpower for Aha in battle. Once it's full, Aha's Ultimate deals Elation DMG to all enemies.
• Thanks to THEIR Aeonic Authority, ally attacks can directly reduce enemy Max HP.

According to Polygon's livestream recap, everyone who logs in during the patch can pick one of the Affinitive Eidolons for free. That's great news if you already own any of the three.
