How Do You Earn Money Fast in Idle Bank Tycoon?

The game will get you off to a pretty quick start by telling you what to upgrade, but eventually, even after upgrading a lot of things, you'll hit bottlenecks and your income will plateau. When that happens, look for something new you can build, like a new service desk or a new ATM. This will usually do the trick.

Actually, an easy way to figure out where the bottleneck is is to tap the pie chart icon on the right side of the screen. This will show you the periodic cash capacity of each section of your bank, and even if the narrator tells you everything is fine, you can use it to see where you're maxed out and build or upgrade there when needed.

As your level goes up, your reputation will rise too, and the way to boost your level and reputation is, quite literally, to upgrade and level up everything. As your reputation increases, you'll not only unlock more customers who can visit your bank, but you'll also unlock the ability to hire managers for your bank.

Managers will boost the performance of various areas of your bank. You can assign them to whichever area you want; for example, one manager to service, one manager to marketing and one manager to the vault.

Shortly after unlocking managers, you'll also unlock the ability to earn light bulbs by playing minigames. The minigames are pretty cheap, requiring only taps, but you have to fight the inspector at the end of each section. Make sure you use your light bulbs to upgrade your managers so their efficiency is as high as possible and they can beat the inspector.

Also, make sure you use your light bulbs as efficiently as possible. To do this, upgrade your managers at a relatively even pace instead of getting one far ahead of the others. This will let you get the most impact and the most productivity while spending the fewest light bulbs.

You'll earn offline income every time you log in after being offline for a while, but generally, if you keep your phone screen active while the game is open, you'll earn much more income. Turn off your screen's auto-sleep feature, then set your phone aside with the game running, plugging it in to charge if needed. When you come back after a while, you'll have a large amount of money.
