How to sign these players
According to OSM's official help page, there are three ways to buy players: the scout, the transfer list and negotiations. The scout brings up to three players from leagues other than yours. According to OSM Helper, a scouted player costs his value plus 15 Boss Coins, more for players rated above 100.
The best players are also the most expensive. If your budget is tight, two suggestions: invest in key positions (striker, defensive midfielder, centre-back) rather than a whole eleven, and develop young players through training. Some names from our 2024 best players guide are still on these lists, but their ratings and clubs have changed.
