TFT Set 7 recently landed on PBE, LoL's test server. Many Turkish players lined up to play on PBE to try out TFT Set 7. One of the biggest things players excited about a new set want to know is what the meta composition is in TFT Set 7 and what comps are available in TFT Set 7. We got onto the PBE server for you and decided to explain, in general terms, the overall compositions players are placing 1st with. What Are the TFT Set 7 Meta Compositions?

Mage Composition

Mage is back, and as strong as ever. Casting spells twice always has obvious advantages, but the reason Mages have climbed to the top of this list is the variety among the units. It's not just hard-hitting AP units like Ryze and Lilia (and of course Zoe) — there's also Nami for healing, Vladimir as a tank, and Heimerdinger for CC. Not to mention the emblem is craftable, so hitting 7 isn't nearly as hard compared to other compositions. Make sure to add an extra front line to buy time for your backline units, then watch the enemy team melt away.

Astral Composition

A new economy trait, but with a twist. This trait won't just reward players who rely on breaking "D" for extra gold — it'll also make it much easier to build a massive 3-star army. It's no longer "didn't hit, went to 8," but "hit everything, nothing left to buy." Unless you randomly get an early Aurelion Sol, Varus will most likely be your main carry, so slap on a Rageblade and a Runaan's Hurricane and just watch the gold roll in.

Tempest Composition

A vertical composition, and also a unique trait that can work as a "flex." Tempest stuns all units on the enemy board, giving you a great chance to turn the tide of fights. It also deals percent health damage and grants AS buffs to all storm units, a fantastic bonus. One thing to keep in mind is that if you can't hit the 10-cost Ao Shin, your main carry will be Lee Sin. Make sure you have good defensive items and Dragonmancers to maximize damage and durability so he isn't focused down immediately.

RageWing Composition

There are only 3 non-dragon damage-focused 4-cost units in Set 7, and Xayah is the most dominant. She can deal painful single-target damage, but can also finish enemies off with a large AOE. Being able to add another 4-cost as a tank (Hecarim) is an extra bonus too. Make sure to give her plenty of AS with Swiftshot and items, and she'll take down even the strongest enemies with ease. We saw this composition played the most on the TFT Set 7 PBE server. We highly recommend building your game around Xayah.
