What is in Titan Quest II 1.0?
On October 23, Grimlore Games posted "The Road To 1.0" on Steam. The post explains what the action RPG will add as it leaves Early Access. The game has been in Early Access on PC since August 2025.
The headline addition is the final chapter. The story ends in the Taygetos Mountains, home of the Cyclopes that Nemesis has turned into her private army. They work giant volcanic forges with the help of Automatons, mechanical fighters you will need to cut through. Expect new bosses, enemies and rewards.

How will the Kaos Curses endgame work?
Players who finish the campaign get the game's first endgame activity. Grimlore says Titan Quest II will not become a season-based grinder, but it still wants to give players a reason to keep going.
After a short quest, you can switch on Kaos Curses. They buff enemies, weaken you or give enemies new abilities. You pick which ones to use, so you can play to your build's strengths. More curses mean more rewards, and certain thresholds unlock special endgame activities.
How is loot changing?
- Rare and Infrequent items can now roll up to 6 affixes instead of 4.
- Epic Armors join the loot pool.
- Epic items will drop with 2 random extra affixes on top of their fixed core.
- A new class of Rare Affixes adds two strong effects each.
- Existing items stay as they are and get a Legacy tag.
The mastery system is getting a major balance pass too. Passive trees are being reworked, and the mastery screen gets a search function. The world is also adding Harpy and Satyr factions, random Hero Monsters and Buff Shrines that grant short-term boosts.

Which languages will Titan Quest II support?
At 1.0, text will be available in Simplified Chinese, Czech, English, French, German, Polish, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian. German voice-over is being added as well. Turkish is not on the list, which matters for a big part of our audience.
What does this mean for players?
Console players will meet the game for the first time in its finished form. PC players can still buy Early Access now and carry on into 1.0. Two smaller updates are planned before launch. The first adds Buff Shrines and the first Hero Monsters. The second brings some Epic Armors, mastery search and PC multiplayer lobbies. Grimlore also says it is spending a lot of time on performance and bug fixes.
