  • You may need to log out of the game a few times.
  • If you're having these issues, make sure you close all game processes and restart the game.
  • Make sure the latest updates are installed.
  • Use the Restore PC Repair Tool to fix PC issues.

Log Out Before the Error Appears

  • Launch the League of Legends client and sign in to your account.
  • Before the error message appears, click the X button as if you wanted to close the game.
  • When you click X, LoL will ask whether you want to quit or sign out.
  • Finally, click Sign Out.
  • League of Legends will restart without the unexpected login error.
