Because of that, it's an item that's easy but not very flexible when it comes to adaptation.

You get 5 Ability Haste for every Legendary item. That's the first part. Now let's move on to the more interesting bit. The item's passive is called "Nightstalker." It grants a bonus of 65 AD (+25% bonus AD) on hit and slows the enemy hit by 99% for 0.25 seconds. The cooldown resets if you get a takedown or assist within 3 seconds. If you manage that, you also go invisible for 1.5 seconds.
Which Champions Should Build LoL Duskblade of Draktharr?

Duskblade fits AD assassins best, the kind that tend to bring their targets down in seconds. So basically any AD assassin in mid lane or jungle — Zed, Qiyana, Kha'Zix or Talon, for example. One exception to this cliché is Varus. The ADC is built as a heavy poke champion and a full-on executioner. That's why Duskblade is his Legendary item. Also, invisibility on Varus is super fun and works quite well for escaping or flanking.
Alongside Prowler's Claw, Duskblade is definitely the go-to Legendary for assassins who are already very mobile and have targeted spells, like Zed with his R. It's a fantastic power spike that's absolutely worth playing around. Use the effect to get quick kills and carry yourself and your team forward, and roam actively. Don't let your opponents scale up under any circumstances.
