Is Payday 3 worth trying?

Payday 3 is Starbreeze's four-player co-op heist game from September 2023. Its launch was rough, with server trouble and thin content drawing heavy criticism. Recent Steam reviews quoted by Kotaku suggest the game is slowly recovering. One player wrote that it "launched badly, but it's slowly taking a turn for the better".

A free weekend is ideal for running a few heists with friends. If it clicks, the 70% discount lasts until November 12. The Steam page also lists bundle deals with the DLC.

Who is Age of Wonders 4 for?

Age of Wonders 4 is a fantasy 4X strategy game developed by Triumph Studios and published by Paradox Interactive. It blends empire building with tactical battles. You design your own race and realm, then explore the map. Kotaku notes that some players still run into bugs and multiplayer issues. Even so, it strikes a good balance for anyone after cozy city building and battles.

Are the system requirements high?

According to Kotaku, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 or better is enough for Age of Wonders 4. That means older and mid-range PCs can give it a go. For Payday 3, check the requirements on its store page.
