Who will take Europe's last three spots?
HLTV says five teams remain in the running for three European spots. 1win and Eternal Fire have the strongest chances, and HOTU are also above the cutoff as things stand. 100 Thieves and fnatic sit below it.
- Eternal Fire: 87.9%, no more events
- 1win: above the cutoff, playing at GLuck Moscow Cyber Games
- HOTU: above the cutoff, playing at GLuck Moscow Cyber Games
- 100 Thieves: below the cutoff, beat Isurus 2-0 at FiRe Last Chance
- fnatic: 17.5%, need results elsewhere
How did Eternal Fire turn it around?
A week ago Eternal Fire had less than a 5% chance. Then they won Stake Ranked Episode 5, coming back from 0-2 down to beat fnatic 3-2 in the grand final. Their lower bracket run also went through Nemesis, BIG, Astralis and MIBR, with jottAAA posting a 1.21 rating in the final.
HLTV notes it was the team's third tournament win in a month and a half. The roster is MisteM, regali, soulfly, Kvem and jottAAA. With no more events lined up, they now wait for the cutoff.
Others have dropped out along the way. BIG and Inner Circle went out early at Stake Ranked, and magic were the first team eliminated after losing to Astralis. B8 are paying for skipping events: their chances fell to 24.8% with nothing left to play. Meanwhile FaZe, Nemiga and NAVI secured their places earlier in the week.

The Americas and Asia
The ninth and final Americas invite is close to locked for Wildcard. They beat NRG 2-1 at FiRe Last Chance (Nuke 9-13, Dust2 13-8, Cache 16-14), and HLTV now puts them at 95%. The spot only slips away if BESTIA win the event and Wildcard lose both their semi-final and the third-place decider. paiN are out after NAOCOPULAS eliminated them at Gamers Club Masters VII.
Asia's race is effectively over. TYLOO withdrew from HyperX Retake because of a clash with IEM Beijing, and HLTV expects BC.Game, The MongolZ, FlyQuest, Chinggis Warriors and Lynn Vision to take the invites. FlyQuest also won the DFRAG Invitational in Brisbane today, sweeping Alter Ego 3-0 in the final.
What happens after the invites?
PGL says teams must confirm their name, logo and substitute by November 6, and the tournament item submission closes on November 9. In Europe, the top six teams start in Stage 3, the next six in Stage 2 and the remaining six in Stage 1.
