Beşiktaş FM 22 Tactic and Transfer Suggestions (December 2021)

In FM 22, as of December 2021, a 4-3-3 with a single defensive midfielder suits the squad, and Pjanic, Josef, Ghezzal and Rosier are its key pieces. What Should Beşiktaş's Tactic Be in Football Manager 2022 and in Real Life?

Beşiktaş have a group of players who can comfortably play a 4-3-3 (single defensive midfielder). It is a big advantage in particular that Ghezzal is on the right wing with Rosier behind him, and that the two's playing styles match each other. By playing more creative players on the right wing and more goal-prone players on the left wing - Larin, Kenan, Güven, Nkoudou - as left-wing forwards, you can continue the right wing in a playmaker setup. Considering that Pjanic is one of the world's leading players in the defensive playmaker role, it produces a very nice team.

As I mentioned above, the 4-3-3 setup is very suitable and useful for the team.

While playing with an advanced playmaker setup on the right and a winger on the left, you can set the striker as a "creative forward" or according to the player's attributes, and play him in an "attack" or "balanced" form. Although I said we should play Pjanic in the defensive playmaker role in real life, in FM 22, at least in the first season - I can hear you asking whether he will stay for the second - it may be wiser to play him in the playmaker role in central midfield. You can add Josef behind him as an anchor and, next to him, depending on the match, either an attacking player or one who plays both ways. You should make the team play like a passing maniac and take care not to give up the pressing setup when the ball is lost. In this tactic, since we do not push our wingers very wide, it is important for the fullbacks to get to the byline from behind. If we get the score early, we can lower the team's tempo a little and tire the opponent by keeping the ball moving.

NOTE: The instructions given are valid for Champions League matches. Remember to give more offensive roles in league matches :)

Beşiktaş's Transfer Tactic Strategy in FM 22 and in Real Life!

Beşiktaş spent the participation money from the Champions League on luxury transfers and, leaving the European stage without earning any other income, made their already bad economy even worse. At a Beşiktaş with little room to move in the transfer market, a box-to-box number 8 who will contribute both ways is a must, if possible! Remembering the rumors of Gedson Fernandes at the start of the season, we can see what a right choice of player for the right area they had in mind. While Gedson will most likely reach an agreement with Galatasaray, making this transfer look impossible, signing a player of Gedson's type would be a big contribution to the team. If a transfer cannot be made, it is also very important to fit someone from within the team there. The first candidate for that spot could be Can Bozdoğan, signed at the start of the season. Since the championship is quite far away in the league, turning to youngsters until the end of the season and adding someone from within the team may also be the right strategy.

Considering the unbelievable transfers at the start of the season in Football Manager 2022, there is no need to make many transfers. Since there are many older players, the most sensible transfer strategy will be to sell them and add new, younger players in their place.
