The 7 Transfer-Listed Players You Should Sign in Football Manager 2022 (FM22) + Erick Pulgar Analysis
The anticipation and excitement of starting a new Football Manager game have always been very enjoyable and wonderful.
In Football Manager 2022 you dream of all the success you will bring to your new team and the players you will develop along the way, but then suddenly the disaster scenarios begin: consecutive defeats, transfers that do not work out as you wanted, a squeezed budget and being unable to sign new players...
These kinds of problems can happen to any player, but in FM22 it is hard and arduous to get anything started, so failure can sometimes kill your patience.
It is in our hands to change this cycle and make the right moves. Something that is often overlooked is that, at the very start of the game, some players are always on transfer lists to reflect their real-life situations.
So the players on the transfer list at the start of FM22 who can help your team can make a big contribution to your team's start to the season.

Alongside these seven players, I have also left a short Erick Pulgar analysis :) I wish him and Galatasaray the best.
Best Players You Can Sign From the FM 22 Transfer List
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Loftus-Cheek may be the most perfect signing you can make from the Premier League, because he starts the game on Chelsea's transfer list.
He represents his real-life position on the fringes of Chelsea's squad, but the 25-year-old has some stats that will make you pull the trigger on a deal to sign him.
With 16 Strength and most physical attributes at 15 or above, technically quite good and 13 Finishing, you can comfortably use him in central midfield and in different roles up front.
Chelsea only need £10 million to let him go, which makes him an affordable backup option or starter for most teams. The main issue is his weekly wage of £150,000, but he may take a wage cut for regular playing time.

Claudio Ramos
You may not know some of the players on this list, but a perfect transfer move awaits you!
Ramos is a goalkeeper whom Porto signed for free from CD Tondela, where he made more than 200 appearances in 2020.
In return, he made only one appearance for Porto and is on the transfer list at the start of the game.
Still, at 29, Ramos could be a very good signing given his various attributes. If you are in charge of a team trying to topple Portugal's big-three dynasty, for example, your first signing could be someone who knows the league :) Why not Claudio Ramos.
He should also cost you less than £1 million with a low wage. He is waiting to be found like a gem stuck in the mud...
Dani Ceballos
Ceballos, the former Arsenal player, has played only a few times in a Real Madrid shirt this season and seems to be waiting for someone to come and take him :)
The same goes for Football Manager 2022, where he is listed for sale by Real at the start of the game.
But certainly not for lack of quality!!! At 24, he is the youngest player on this list, with 16 Passing, Technique, Dribbling and First Touch that will reward managers who want to gamble.
He will cost you about £12.5 million and his wage is not cheap - about £130,000 a week at Real - but if you can find a system to get the most out of him, he could take your team to the next level.
Munir
Munir was put up for sale by Sevilla at the start of the game.
The Moroccan player spent most of his career at Barcelona, but at the start of FM22 he is seen as surplus to requirements at Sevilla.
He has the ability to play up front, and versatility is an important part of his appeal to potential buyers.
Flair 16 is his standout attribute, but his other attributes are also fairly solid stats. He can be bought for about £9 million and is currently earning £82,000 a week at Sevilla.
I recommend adding him together with Loftus-Cheek to help lift your team in the first two seasons before selling him for a profit.

Dani Raba
If you do not have deep knowledge of Spanish football, you probably do not know who Raba is, but we promised you various things like Ramos, and this Villarreal forward could be an enormous player for a lower-calibre team.
If you are managing in the second divisions of the top 5 leagues or a mid-table team in a league like the Eredivisie, Raba would be the ideal signing.
Villarreal want £1.3 million for him, and in return you will get a 1.80 m forward with 15 Finishing, 14 Passing, 15 Off the Ball and 15 Heading.
He can also play behind or out wide of the striker when needed. With a weekly wage of only £7,000, it would be foolish not to sign him if you need him.
Marco Benassi
If you need a cheap, versatile midfielder, look no further than Fiorentina's Benassi.
Off the Ball 16 and Teamwork 16 are his standout stats, alongside not-bad stats like 12 Finishing, 13 Passing and 12 Ball Control.
This means he is a true supporting player who can play almost any role in almost every midfield position. His height is exactly 1.80 :)
In real life he went on loan to Empoli, but in the game you can easily have him for just a few million.
Erick Pulgar

Galatasaray are interested in another player, Erick Pulgar, a Fiorentina player who is not getting as much time as he wants in Fiorentina's wide midfield rotation.
Competing with players such as Bonaventura, Lucas Torreira, Gaetano Castrovilli and Youssef Maleh, the Chilean footballer, who has never managed to catch the fans' eye, is the kind of passer and ball-controlling number 6 that many teams looking for one could easily sign. In FM22 the player is not on the transfer list and his contract is not expiring. However, since he is currently on Galatasaray's transfer list, I wanted to introduce him to you, and know that because he does not get much playing time due to competition, you can add the player to your team for a paltry sum.

The player's average market value is around 10 million euros. The player was bought by Fiorentina from Bologna in 2019 for 12.9 million euros. He is someone with truly distinctive qualities who fits the number 6 profile Torrent is looking for in midfield very well.
It will not be too hard to attract Erick Pulgar to a team with so much midfield depth... His Determination, Bravery, Passing and Tackling are top level. You can easily say this if you have followed the player outside the FM22 stats as well. Physically he is also someone who always takes good care of himself. Being Chilean, he has combined his God-given physique with his technique, and he is a professional who can be the first passing option in build-up in midfield and can comfortably take on the team's most key role. Who takes free kicks and penalties, which has recently caused big debates at Galatasaray, could also be shelved after Pulgar. He is a complete specialist at both, and a name you would not want to see at the ball if you are on the opposing team.
Isco
We complete the list with a really well-known name.
For a few seasons now, Isco has been on the fringes of the Santiago Bernabéu, and he finds himself on the transfer list at the start of FM22.
His inflated wage of £210,000 a week is a big obstacle.
But if you can persuade him to take a wage cut or encourage Real to pay part of his wages, you can sign him for a £17 million fee.
With 16 Dribbling, 18 First Touch, 17 Passing, 19 Vision and 19 Technique, the list of reasons to sign him goes on and on.
He would be a great first signing for a Newcastle career or a great option for a team like AC Milan. An offer with a buy option could make the 29-year-old star more affordable.
