Yusuf Demir's loan contract ended after Barcelona cancelled it, and the Turkish-born Austrian player takes 9th place on our list. A player with tremendous determination, he'll keep developing for years and will become the brain of your team as a superb attacking midfielder. Great pace to boot :)

8. Reinier FM 22

Brazilian wonderkid Reinier is one of Borussia Dortmund's most promising attacking midfielders. With his tremendous technique and passing, he's a player who can make a real difference, and being Brazilian also makes him a fairly reliable pick. If you develop his shooting attributes too, you can play him for years to come.

7-) Giovanni Reyna FM 22

From one Borussia Dortmund wonderkid to another, here's Giovanni Reyna! After the Dempsey and Donovan era ended, America produced its first standout talent in Pulisic, and Giovanni Reyna is next in line. A player you can also use out wide, he takes 7th place on our list.

6-) Rayan Cherki FM 22

In 6th place on our list is Lyon's wonderkid Rayan Cherki. Even though his physical attributes hold him back a little, the incredible technique this 17-year-old, born in 2003, already has makes him stand out considerably.

5-) Gavi FM 22

Gavi, who we could call Barcelona's La Masia's one big hope, sits in 6th place on the list. After years without producing a genuinely good player, this time Barcelona's academy has produced quite a gem. Normally more of a central midfielder, with the right development he can easily play as an attacking midfielder too.

4-) Ryan Gravenberch FM 22

Gravenberch is probably the player on this list with the biggest physical advantage, standing at 190 cm. He also has a natural stamina that gives him excellent balance despite his height. Add his technical attributes on top of all that, and you could say Ajax found the new Gullit!

3-) Florian Wirtz FM 22

Florian Wirtz is one of the Bundesliga's most talented players. And he's only 18! You'd usually only see a footballer with such high mental attributes in his 30s, yet Wirtz is already this good at 18. Like most of the names on our list, his technique is also very high.

2-) Pedri FM 22

Last season Pedri went back and forth between Spain and Barcelona in his professional football career. Having played almost 80 matches, his stamina is naturally very high :) With incredible dribbling and passing to go with it, his value may be high, but he really is a phenomenal midfielder.

1-) Phil Foden FM 22

In 1st place on our list is Foden, who now plays regularly in Manchester City's starting XI. Pace, mental strength, technical ability... whatever you're looking for, Foden has it, and he can also play as a left winger and midfielder. Even though his contract runs until 2027, making him tough to prise away from City, he's the best attacking midfielder on our list!
