GamerPapers data: patch 26.21, ranked matches by server: KR 62,994, EUW 16,552
Jungle Udyr, mid lane Annie and top lane Kennen sit near the top, but they have fewer than 500 games on at least one server. The gaps look big, so we do not feature them.

Gangplank: a 6.5-point gap in the top lane
Gangplank is S+ in KR and B in EUW (3,790 and 695 games, +6.5 pts). KR picks him in 6.0% of games, EUW in 4.2%. His ban rate also differs a lot: 20.6% in KR and 3.2% in EUW. Patch 26.21 applies to both servers, so the patch alone cannot explain this gap.

Which champion does much better in EUW?
Top lane Akali is A in KR and S+ in EUW (2,247 and 603 games, -7.0 pts). Pick rate is the same on both servers: 3.6% in KR and 3.6% in EUW. So the gap comes from win rate, not popularity. The data does not explain why.
Jungle Shaco is A in KR and S+ in EUW (2,108 and 809 games, -6.9 pts). Support Alistar is S in KR and S+ in EUW (5,415 and 1,389 games, -5.1 pts); it is the most played pick in this table on both servers.

Big gaps in pick and ban rate
Some picks are far more popular or more banned on one server. Rengar is banned in 22.7% of EUW games but 2.0% of KR games. Gangplank shows the reverse: 20.6% in KR against 3.2% in EUW. Mid Kassadin is picked in 3.9% of EUW games and 1.3% of KR games. Ban rate is champion-wide on both servers.
Data and method
Both samples are mixed sets of ranked solo/duo matches stored by GamerPapers; neither is a random sample of its server, and neither is pro-play data. EUW games come from EUW Challenger/Grandmaster players collected by GamerPapers plus player profiles looked up on the site (all ranks). KR games are not part of that Challenger/Grandmaster collection, so the rank mix of the two samples can differ.
The numbers in this article come from 79,546 ranked solo/duo games. Lists include champion and role pairs with at least 200 games. Pairs under 500 games carry a "small sample, read with caution" note in the tables. We do not feature them in the title or the intro.
Ban rate is champion-wide, not per role: bans happen before roles are assigned, so every role row of a champion shows the same value.
The game client shows this patch as 16.21; Riot's official name is 26.21. The KR sample is 62,994 games and the EUW sample 16,552 games.
