GamerPapers data: patch 26.21, EUW server, 16,552 ranked matches
Ban rate is champion-wide. If the same champion is played in another role, that row shows the same value.
Some bot lane rows belong to non-marksman picks: Karthus (324 games), Yasuo (590 games), Hwei (311 games). We keep them in the table but feature classic marksmen below.
Three standout picks: runes, items and matchups
This section only covers champions with 500+ games. For matchups we require at least 50 games.
Jhin: bot lane (ADC)

Jhin sits in S+ tier as a bot lane (ADC) pick. In GamerPapers EUW data it has a 52.0% win rate over 3,015 games. Its pick rate is 18.2%. Its ban rate is 1.9%; that figure is champion-wide, not role-specific. In patch 26.20 it was A tier over 357 games. The win rate change is +3.5 pts. Average KDA is 2.93.
Among matchups with 50+ games, Jhin does best against Lucian (97 games, 56.7%), Caitlyn (195 games, 56.4%), Zeri (100 games, 56.0%). Its hardest matchups (50+ games) are Draven (100 games, 47.0%), Yunara (205 games, 48.3%), Jinx (161 games, 48.4%).
- Runes: Precision (Fleet Footwork, Presence of Mind, Legend: Bloodline, Cut Down) + Inspiration (Cash Back, Jack Of All Trades). Used in 1,182 games with a 50.7% win rate.
- Common items: Infinity Edge (in 64.4% of games, 57.2% win rate), Hubris (in 46.2% of games, 52.7% win rate), The Collector (in 44.2% of games, 52.8% win rate).
- Summoner spells: Flash + Barrier (in 78.3% of games).
- Skill max order: Q-W-E (in 99.6% of the 517 games with timeline data).
Draven: bot lane (ADC)

Draven sits in S+ tier as a bot lane (ADC) pick. In GamerPapers EUW data it has a 50.8% win rate over 1,047 games. Its pick rate is 6.3%. Its ban rate is 32.8%; that figure is champion-wide, not role-specific. Average KDA is 2.03.
Among matchups with 50+ games, Draven does best against Kai'Sa (61 games, 62.3%), Yunara (78 games, 56.4%), Caitlyn (58 games, 53.4%). In every matchup with 50+ games, Draven stays at or above a 50% win rate. So we do not name a clear "hardest counter".
- Runes: Precision (Lethal Tempo, Presence of Mind, Legend: Alacrity, Cut Down) + Inspiration (Cash Back, Cosmic Insight). Used in 774 games with a 50.1% win rate.
- Common items: Infinity Edge (in 68.9% of games, 57.4% win rate), Lord Dominik's Regards (in 56.9% of games, 55.9% win rate), Hexoptics C44 (in 56.6% of games, 53.3% win rate).
- Summoner spells: Flash + Barrier (in 71.3% of games).
- Skill max order: Q-W-E (in 98.9% of the 181 games with timeline data).
Twitch: bot lane (ADC)

Twitch sits in S tier as a bot lane (ADC) pick. In GamerPapers EUW data it has a 52.9% win rate over 817 games. Its pick rate is 4.9%. Its ban rate is 6.6%; that figure is champion-wide, not role-specific. Average KDA is 2.24.
Among matchups with 50+ games, Twitch does best against Jhin (68 games, 57.4%), Kai'Sa (66 games, 53.0%). Its hardest matchups (50+ games) are Jinx (51 games, 39.2%).

- Summoner spells: Flash + Barrier (in 72.0% of games).
The rest of the list
Other top-10 picks with 500+ games: Yasuo (S, 51.5%, 590 games); Xayah (S, 52.4%, 1,175 games); Sivir (S, 53.2%, 656 games); Yunara (A, 49.7%, 2,060 games); Jinx (A, 50.6%, 1,573 games).
Karthus and Hwei also make the list but have fewer than 500 games (Karthus: 324, Hwei: 311). So we do not feature them.
Patch 26.21 notes for the bot lane (ADC)
The changes below come from Riot Games patch 26.21 notes. In brackets: this role's EUW data, meaning tier, win rate, change from the previous patch (only when 26.20 had 200+ games) and games.
- Jinx: AD per level and base health were cut. (S+ → A, 50.6%, -5.4 pts, 1,573 games)
- Caitlyn: passive damage was cut, Q base damage went up. (S → B, 47.6%, -4.6 pts, 1,549 games)
- Tristana: Q attack speed was cut at early ranks. (A → A, 49.7%, -0.5 pts, 1,414 games)
- Miss Fortune: E damage and R crit damage went up. (A, 50.8%, 1,320 games)
- Varus: Q damage calculation changed, W damage went down. (A, 50.1%, 1,080 games)

We cover the biggest moves in our risers and fallers article. Even when a change and the data point the same way, we do not claim it is the only cause.
Data and method
Mixed sample: ranked solo/duo matches from the EUW server only. They come from EUW Challenger/Grandmaster players collected by GamerPapers, plus matches of player profiles looked up on the site (all ranks). It is not a random sample of the server and not pro-play data.
The numbers in this article come from 16,552 ranked solo/duo games. Lists include champion and role pairs with at least 200 games. Pairs under 500 games carry a "small sample, read with caution" note in the tables. We do not feature them in the title or the intro.
Ban rate is champion-wide, not per role: bans happen before roles are assigned, so every role row of a champion shows the same value.
Comparisons with the previous patch refer to 26.20. Its EUW sample was only 1,829 games, so we only show a previous tier when a pick had 200+ games in 26.20. The game client shows this patch as 16.21; Riot's official name is 26.21.
For the full live table, see the GamerPapers LoL stats page. Patch changes are sourced from Riot Games patch 26.21 notes.
