To unlock Samira's ultimate, you actually need to be a very good marksman. Why do I say that? According to Samira's passive, landing skill shots on your opponent will raise your style score. Samira's ultimate is an ability that can only be activated once the style score hits S, so you need to consistently and cleanly deal ability damage to your opponent from range within a certain time window. As a tip, throwing your Q ability at your opponent from a distance will raise your style score. But be careful! The Q you throw needs to actually hit your opponent. One that misses won't raise your style score. Likewise, a Q you land on a minion won't earn you any style score either. So you can bring your style score up to S by landing clean hits on minions and throwing Q at your opponent from range. Once your style score is S, you can activate your ultimate by going in on your opponents with your E ability.
