Dane Scarlett (ST)

Age: 17 Rating: 63 Potential: 84

Nationality: English Current Club: Tottenham Hotspur

Value: €1,500,000

Seen by a few Spurs fans as Harry Kane's successor, Scarlett has everything he needs to become a star, but all he asks of you in return is a little thing called patience. He doesn't start out as a great player, but if you really stick with him, we have no doubt you will be rewarded.

Already blessed with good pace and finishing at such a young age, Scarlett may need just a loan season (or maybe two) to develop his physical side.

Musa Jawara (ST)

Age: 19 Rating: 67 Potential: 85

Nationality: Gambian Current Club: Crotone

Value: €2,700,000

Musa Juwara stretches the definition of cheap strikers because he will actually cost a fair amount, but if you take a look at his starting attributes, they will give you all the persuasion you need to make the breakthrough - this lad is very agile and quick.

Generally good on the ball, don't let Juwara's lack of attributes or skills put you off, because he is the kind of young striker who gets better the more you play him. Even at 19, a bit old for a wonderkid, Jawara can reach an 85 potential rating, which would put him among the best in the world.

Antwoine Hackford (ST)

Age: 17 Rating: 59 Potential: 84

Nationality: English Current Club: Tottenham Hotspur

Value: €700,000

We can say Hackford is the best deal you can make among all the Hackfords (however many Hackfords you know, I know 1), especially when you consider he can be yours for about a million euros and realize he is a high-potential future star, you will feel every cent you paid was worth it.

However, with just a 59 rating at the start of the game, the chance of getting immediate returns from Hackford is very low, but whatever you want to add to him, the return over the years will be more than worth it. Just look at his pace and tell us he can't be one of FIFA's best players in the next few years.

Matthew Hoppe (ST)

Age: 20 Rating: 69 Potential: 81

Nationality: American Current Club: RCD Mallorca

Value: €3,400,000

The next American bomb, Matthew Hoppe is not the flashiest, fastest or even the most promising young striker on this list, but what you get instead is a 20-year-old player who is cheap and has potential and can be used immediately for most lower and mid-table teams.

Good in almost every part of his game, Hoppe has good room to improve and is the kind of player who will be at least a good backup. He knows where the back of the net is, so if you're not convinced by his pace stats, don't give up on signing him cheap.

Andreas Schjelderup (ST)

It is hard not to look at the Norwegian wonderkid Andreas Schjelderup and immediately think “Haaland”, but they are different players and Schjelderup is ultimately not the same model of talent. Still, if what you want is goals at a cheap price, Andreas Schjelderup is right for you.

Even at just 17, Andreas Schjelderup is a wonderkid who is hard to take the ball off when he has it, thanks to his excellent balance, agility and solid ball skills. Even better, Andreas Schjelderup is actually a joker-type player you can use in most areas of the attacking line. He can deliver output close to what he gives at striker at CAM and LM/LW as well.

Willem Geubbels (ST)

Age: 20 Rating: 67 Potential: 77

Nationality: French Current Club: Nantes (on loan from Monaco)

Value: €2,200,000

Although many FIFA players think Willem Geubbels won't reach his potential, we have a soft spot for him. His potential is lower than last year and he is already on loan at the start of a Career save, so he may be hard to sign right away. But if nothing else, he is still a very solid option.

Willem Geubbels is a candidate to be a great backup striker over a few seasons for teams in the second division or lower down the table. He is as fast as anything, but note that he is unfortunately injury-prone due to real-life problems. Hopefully next year goes better for him.
