LoL Patch 12.5 Top Lane Tier List (March 2022)

In the LoL 12.5 top lane tier list, Shen, Singed and Quinn rank S-Tier, and Riven, Garen, Urgot, Aatrox and Yorick rank A-Tier. Welcome to our article series on League of Legends in which we rank each lane in a tier list, that is, a power ranking. In this article we cover the LoL 12.5 top lane tier list. So what are these champions? Why are they in the meta? We will try to answer questions like these today. Here are the top lane champions we picked for you that should be in the meta.

What Is the LoL 12.5 Top Lane Tier List?

Today we will give you advice for a lane that is perhaps the most isolated in the game and can win the game on its own. In the top lane we are talking about, champions can be tanks compared to other lanes, and champions that can both tank and deal damage are a bonus, of course. As we did with the other lanes, we will give you 2 types of champion lists: S-Tier and A-Tier. If you are ready, let's start our article with the S-Tier champions.

S-Tier Top Lane Champions

Shen

We had not seen Shen on any tier list for a long time. So we were surprised to see him in the S-Tier after our research. When we looked into why, we saw that Shen had received a small update. It seems the update to his ultimate has strengthened him a little. Shen is already tailor-made for someone who knows how to play him. But now he is greeting us quite strengthened even for someone who plays the champion at a normal level. If you are not too aggressive in lane and calmly complete your laning phase, you will have the capacity to carry the game or, at worst, tank all the damage.

Singed

Singed has been doing quite well for a while. Recently, fighters have mostly been out of the meta and only tanks have been left in the top lane. This is nothing but good news for Singed, because he runs circles around low-damage targets who cannot outlast his sustainability, which makes things quite hard for his opponents. He is also good against the few viable fighters such as Camille and Tryndamere. If you are playing against these opponents, do not forget to pick Singed, because Arcane's craziest scientist is extremely strong at the moment!

Quinn

Because of the item changes made in LoL patch 12.03, not much has actually changed in the top lane. But Quinn seems to have found a place in the meta after these changes. Unaffected by the nerfed Teleport summoner spell, Quinn therefore gets ahead of most top lane champions. Playing Quinn is not as easy as it looks. So if you have beginner-level knowledge and play at a beginner level, we do not recommend her at all. Quinn is a champion that requires speed. If you do not trust your mechanics, you can pick the other champions we mentioned. But if you are a good Quinn player, picking Quinn in the top lane can bring you an invaluable victory, because Quinn's win rate is currently recorded at 53.65%.

A-Tier Top Lane Champions

If you do not like playing S-Tier champions, do not worry. We have other recommendations for you. Although not as strong as the S-Tier champions, the A-Tier champions we will give you can lead you to victory. Here are the A-Tier champions and their win rates!
