LoL 12.5 Mid Lane Tier List: Best Mid Champions (March 2022)

League of Legends (LoL) Patch 12.5 has a new mid lane meta, and this article covers the LoL 12.5 mid lane tier list. It is part of our series of lane-by-lane "Tier List" articles, that is, power rankings, prepared for League of Legends fans to help them win. Which champions are they? Why are they in the meta? We will try to answer these questions today. Here are the mid lane champions we picked that you should have in the meta.

What Is the LoL 12.5 Mid Lane Tier List?

In today's article we cover mid lane, the lane where most AP champions play. In this patch, Ahri seems to have entered the meta after small changes. Besides Ahri, there are other champions that have entered the meta. Some of them are Fizz and the long-time champion Pyke. We have not the slightest idea why Pyke is in the meta. But he currently has the highest win rate of any champion in mid lane. The champions we give you here are what we call S- Tier, the ones you should pick if you can. In addition, we will also give you the champions we call A- Tier, the ones you should pick if the S- tier champions are banned. Without further ado, here are the S- tier and A- tier 12.5 mid lane meta champions.

S- Tier Mid Lane Champions

Ahri

Our nine-tailed fox, the darling of mid lane, does not look likely to drop out of the meta easily after the rework she received a few patches ago. Fizz

Fizz has hardly ever been in the meta. With Season 12, he seems to have found a place in the meta. As with some champions, if your aim is good, you can be very comfortable on Fizz, because you need to target the champion to land his abilities. Landing them, even from a distance, is enough. Pyke

Now on to the most powerful mid lane champion in this patch. In Patch 12.5, there is a champion that dominates especially in the mid lane, and as you can guess, it is Pyke. If you have not played Pyke for years or are seeing him for the first time, we definitely recommend staying away. Because Pyke is an assassin champion, you need to practice on him. Just like Fizz, this champion should be played by people with good aim.

Now you may ask me why people with good aim should play him. Or you may say, dear FireGhost, why are you questioning our aim in a game that is not an FPS? You are absolutely right, but abilities like Pyke's Q and Fizz's ultimate have to be thrown at the opponent with proper aiming. If you miss these abilities, it is very likely that you will turn the fate of the game the opposite way. So if your aim is already good, you should not miss these champions in the mid lane in LoL Patch 12.5. • Viktor - Win rate: 50.29%, Pick rate: 4.62%
• Talon - Win rate: 51.29, Pick rate: 3.54%
• Veigar - Win rate: 52.05, Pick rate: 4.67%
