The best champions in League of Legends Patch 12.3 are Veigar, Pyke, Ahri, Brand and Anivia. Since mid laners are generally champions who can deal a lot of damage quickly, mid lane players carry summoner spells with them. Mid laners can roam to the top or bot lanes and easily take down their opponents.

Veigar

Veigar is one of the champions that received a buff a few patches ago and remains a popular mid lane champion. Because the champion had been a little slow in the game before, Riot Games buffed the champion's ultimate damage. You can use Veigar to stun opposing champions and deal damage to them.

Pyke
