What Is a FIFA Concept Player?
FIFA Ultimate Team concept player actually has a name that explains itself pretty well. We can add concept players to our squad and see what our squad would look like. This gives us an advantage in various areas. While meeting the requirements for squad building challenges, it's possible to get the features that sites like Futbin and Futhead provide directly in-game by using FIFA Ultimate Team concept players. When a squad building challenge appears in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, you can click the option to also use concept players, adding anyone from a 99-rated Pele to a 47-rated English League Two player to your squad purely visually, and check the resulting chemistry/rating requirements.
How Do You Fix the FIFA 22 Concept Squad Issue?
What we call the FIFA 22 concept squad issue comes up when you want your players to earn loyalty while doing various SBCs and you copy concept squads. Even if you copy the concept squad you built for the SBC as a regular squad and convert it, the game still gives you a warning that a concept squad can't be used. Unfortunately, the way to avoid this involves a bit of manual work. The problem is solved if you add the players one by one instead of copying the squad as a whole.
