FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges are actually a game mode that was introduced back in 2017, made so players could get players/nice packs/player picks and more for their team! Before FIFA 17, plenty of players complained that high-rated but in-game-poor cards (names like Busquets, Kroos) didn't mean much, and that there were too few useful cards in the game. But then Squad Building Challenges came along and changed everything! So what exactly are FIFA SBCs? How do you complete FIFA 22 SBCs? Which are the best SBCs in the game? What's the solution for FIFA 22's Squad Building Challenges Mixed Leagues? We've written up everything you need to know about FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges!

What Are FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges?

FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges pretty much explain themselves by name. SBCs let you permanently give up players on your team you're not using -- sometimes high-rated, sometimes ones that build chemistry with each other -- in exchange for a player, a pack, or both as a reward. The only thing you need to watch is meeting the SBC's requirements. Fill in the requirements shown on the right side of the SBC screen and submit your players. And never forget: once you submit players to an SBC, you can't get them back!

How Do You Complete FIFA Ultimate Team 22 Squad Building Challenges?

To complete FIFA 22 SBCs, you need to

1. Open the challenge you want to complete from the Squad Building Challenges menu
2. Select it with X
3. Complete the requirements of any sub-challenges, if there are any (like Marquee Matchups having 4 challenges)
4. Submit the squad building challenge

What Are the Best FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges?

FIFA 22 Squad Building Challenges are, as the name says, SBCs that give you various requirements to meet. When you open the Squad Building Challenges page, you can browse all the SBCs currently active in the game using your left stick and the L1-R1 buttons. Some SBCs give you simple packs, while others can reward you with players, player pick packs, or even very high-rated icons! We can break down the game's SBCs into 4 main categories.

• Starter SBCs

This SBC category exists for new players -- through things like Mixed Leagues and Mixed Nationalities -- to learn the system and earn coins. Completing both SBCs gets you rewards worth roughly 250-300K in packs. It's possible to complete them with just 50-60K in your club. So every new player should complete the Mixed Leagues and Mixed Nationalities SBCs.

• Pack SBCs/Marquee Matchups

Marquee Matchups are the SBCs we get every week. Each week has 4 themed SBCs based on 4 of the most important matches happening around the world that week. Each of the 4 SBCs has a small reward of its own. If you complete all 4 at the same time, you get the main reward: a 35-45K pack. Marquee Matchups requirements usually involve fielding players from the teams/league playing that match. So you can follow the global fixture list and invest in players who'll show up in Marquee Matchups. Other pack SBCs range from icon packs to things like the Party Bag.

• Player SBCs

You can add many players themed around Flashback, Future Stars, and FUT Birthday to your team without any other reward. The same applies to icon SBCs that stay in the game for 35-40 days. If there's a player whose attributes you like, meeting the requirements to get that player onto your squad isn't hard at all!

• SBCs that use player picks

This category requires the least creativity and skill. Player picks you earn by completing various challenges (Icon Swaps, Winter Wildcards, Future Stars) are used in these SBCs and give you the reward.
